STV - 00

• Shows a black screen
• Ignores test switch
• Shows little bus activity before halting with data bus in high impedence
• Suffered generalized water damage, probably left in the open
• Power led was non functional. Overvoltage damage?
• IC24, IC25, IC27 (HM524165CTT17S, unknown RAM?) get rather hot while board is on.

Checks and repair attempts: * Board went into ultrasonic cleaner (minus mobile parts and 32khz xtal) * Bios dumped, MD5 ba2cb634c15e59d7ea5552729306f2ef (checks out with epr-17954a.ic8). OK
